Logarithmic Transformations in Clinical Trial and Outcomes Research: A More Efficient Point Estimation of the Lognormal Mean

Abstract: This paper is in the context of the Logarithmic Transformations in Clinical Trial and Outcomes Research. It presents a more efficient point estimator of the lognormal mean wherein sample information is used more comprehensively from the lognormal distribution, ultimately yielding a smaller mean square error (MSE) estimator.
