Modified Goodness-of-Fit Tests for Exponentiated Gamma Distribution with Unknown Shape Parameter

Abstract: This paper gives tables of critical values of the modified Kolmogorov- Smirnov, Anderson-Darling and Cramer-von Mises goodness-of-fit tests for the exponentiated gamma distribution with unknown shape parameter based on complete and type II censored samples. The powers of these tests are given for a number of alternative distributions.
