The Sampling Distribution of the Maximum Likelihood Estimators for the
Parameters of Weibull Distribution Based on Upper Record Values

Abstract:
Record values and associated statistics are of great
important in several real-live problems involving weather, economic,
and sport data. Based on upper record values and for the two parameter
s Weibull distribution, Ashour and Amin (2005) obtained the maximum
likelihood estimators for the unknown parameters. In this paper the
sampling distributions and their properties for these estimators will
be investigated numerically.
