COEFFICIENT REGRESSION MODEL FOR PEDIGREE ANALYSIS

Abstract: In this paper a random coefficient regression model has been used to model quantitative traits in pedigree analysis. We review a new estimator for estimating the variance components and derived the distribution of the pedigree statistic used in testing for outlying observations.
