Size Procedures for Developmental Toxicity Studies
by Dale Bowman
.
Abstract:
Procedures for analyzing data from a developmental study in which
litter size is treated as random are introduced. Most commonly used procedures
for analyzing data of this type condition on litter size when modeling
response rates. The effect of conditioning on litter size is examined and
methods of estimating response rate in the presence of random litter size and
intralitter correlation are developed and discussed.
Key Words:
Correlated Binary Data; Dose-response; Litter Size.
